Model European Union in Mainz

Are you interested in European Politics? Do you think you could be a politician in the European Council or the European Parliament?

Then proof your abilities and come to the beautiful city of Mainz to take part in our exciting political simulation "Model European Union" (MEU)!

For 5 days, 50 participants from all over Europe will come to Mainz and play the roles of members of the European Parliament or the European Council. By simulating the ordinary legislative procedure of the European Union, they will experience how policy-making looks like in the EU.

During the simulation, the participants will have the opportunity to learn about European policy, to practice their English negotiation skills and to experience a European atmosphere. And in the evenings, we provide a great social program including a European Night!

The event is organized by AEGEE Mainz/Wiesbaden, Germany, with the support of Bringing Europeans Together Association (BETA).
