Call for EMC² Fundraising Team

ELSA International is looking for an EMC² Fundraising Team

During the discussions about the future of the EMC2 in the AA workshop in ICM Malta the wish for a fundraising team for EMC2 Regional Rounds was brought up.

The team would mainly focus on how to increase the sponsors for the ELSA Regional Rounds and thereby enable to lower the participation fee for taking part in an EMC2 Regional Round. This year the participation fee for the 5-day long EMC2 Regional Round was 70 €/person/day. This amount is very high for a student, and as discussed in ICM Malta there are two things that would make it more attractive to participate in our global Moot Court Competition - to lower the participation fee as well as to get credits from your University.

The team would meet online at least two times per month and work from their home countries. No face-to-face meetings will be required. The Vice President Academic Activities and the Treasurer of ELSA International will supervise the team and a member from the ELSA Organising Secretariat of EMC2 will be coordinating the work of the group.
